2018/2019 Hinton Friends on Ice Tournament

Tournament Fees: Active Start $250, U10 Step 1 $400, U12C & U14C$575, U16B $650, U19B $725

(Each team guaranteed three games)

1. The tournament entry fee must be included with registration. Please submit your application by email; but originals must follow by mail. Applications are not considered complete without a cashable cheque. Make all cheques payable to the Hinton Ringette Association dated no later than November 30, 2018.

2. All players must be from one registered team.

3. Game schedules will be posted on the association website January 18, 2019 at the latest.

4. Your payment will be cashed upon acceptance into the tournament. If a team is not accepted their cheque will be destroyed, uncashed or returned upon request.

5. Withdrawls from the tournament after November 30, 2018 will not receive a refund.

6. Absolutely no changes will be made to the draws after the teams have been accepted.

7. Notification regarding acceptance will be sent by email at the very latest by December 1, 2018. As teams apply, we will be looking to fill the age categories appropriately for excellent game competition. We will try to let you know asap upon acceptance. The schedule will be on a draw basis.

The registration form must be completed completely and cheque received for registration to be accepted.
