 2011/12 Fundraising Points

The Hinton Ringette Association Fundraising Executive is Lisa Abstreiter.

Three (3) fundraising points per Hinton Ringette player are earned to a maximum of five (5) points per family.  These fundraising efforts help provide financial support to pay for the expenses incurred for Hinton Ringette.

Mandatory Fundraising

1.  Raffle ticket sales.  Draw November 30, 2011. Tickets will be issued to families at practice late September. ($2/ticket x 10 tickets/booklet x 9 booklets) = 1 pt.  Families must sell ALL tickets issued.

2.  Tournament support (food items for hospitality room, hosting hospitality room, decorating arenas/halls/dressing rooms, team baskets, draw table host, etc) = 1 pt

3.  One Hinton Ringette approved fundraiser of choice (bottle drive, referee 4 games, etc) = 1 pt. 

4.  A point may also be earned by holding a Executive position with the Hinton Ringette Association.  2011 available positions include:

     Vice President - with the intentions of taking the President role in one year. 

Three points per team are also available to be earned:  Lead Coach = 1 pt, Assistant Coach = 1 pt and Manager = 1 pt

June 2011  Hinton Ringette was awarded a $500.00 grant for the Town of Hinton Communities In Bloom highway clean-up, 3 km east of Hinton east access. Thank you to Town of Hinton Communities In Bloom!
